Jess Gibson’s approach to design is one that encompasses creative research and development. With a focus on material and object design, she explores culturally and contextually significant subjects such as food and everyday objects, married with considerations of sustainability to conceptualise their future in design.  

Based in Hobart, her 10 + years experience  across fashion, hospitality, and visual arts has given her a quiet  confidence and sensibility for creativity, aesthetic, 
and collaboration. 

Jess has recently completed her degree in Design at the School of Architecture & Design, University of Tasmania.
